Hmm so this is the first entry... puts quite a bit of pressure on a person. One would expect it to be fantabulous and full of pizazz and energy, yet I am just not sure how to start. I am just not good with beginnings. I am not much for all the hi my name is Rachel and I am...... I am what?

I am a whole lot of silly, I am sarcastic, I am a linux geek, I am a woman (no roaring here), I am in love, I am a bitch, I am a social butterfly, I am a cynic, I am compassionate, I am patient, I am a sick monkey, I am a crackmonkey, all with a twist of morbidity on the side.

Well, that was me five minutes ago...

I guess I should also make some statement on where this journal is headed, or at least what direction I am starting it in.. but once more I am not sure. So, that will just have to remain to be seen sometime in the future, as my subsequent entries form themselves and my journal as a whole. I leave you with no promises or definitions, but hopefully somewhat entertained.
